3 rounds of 10 reps 25lb overhead press, dead lifts, alternate arm curls

35 min elliptical machine

PM:
50 min elliptical machine

Today was an OK day. I felt tired most of the day but by the time I got out of work I was energized for the gym. I also found a coo website of folks making their own camping vans, trucks and RVs. I found a new distraction!
