50 min elliptical machine

I was worthless today! My whole body ached from the pull-ups, dips, heavy leg presses and dead lifts! I was more sore today than I have been in a long time. It is all good, hopefully tomorrow I will be almost normal. Plus my honey is home! Woohoo!
