I was was having an off day today. Not a bad day, just off a little. I did not get a great night of sleep and that threw me off. My morning workout was changed since I was out of the zone. My meals were off too. I did not eat my salad for lunch, the smell of the vinegar turned my stomach. At least it looks like I will be in bed before 8pm so I should get a good night of sleep.
