45 min elliptical machine

PM:
45 min elliptical machine

Today I started on the upper and lower body elliptical machine doing 20 second sprints followed by 40 second rests for the first 10 minutes before switching over to the lower body elliptical machine for the rest of my time. I did OK with my eating today. I consumed 2543 calories. I need to dial it back in some more but I did not snack at work and I was fairly good at home as well. In another week or so I will be in the groove again.
