Today was a winner of a day. I had the pleasure of trying to correct an engineer’s misunderstanding of a situation. He was all like he no problem we think this is right so just do it this way. But I am like, well ALL THE OTHERS WERE NOT DONE LIKE THIS AND IT WILL TAKE HOURS TO REDO IT RIGHT LATER, SO LETS GET IT RIGHT NOW! Sometimes smart people are the stupidest of them all. Especially when they want to display their knowledge and wow you with buzz words that have no impact on actually accomplishing what you are trying to do.
