AM:
55 min elliptical machine

PM:
45 min elliptical machine

I woke us with some soreness in my back so I skipped weights today and only did cardio. I am 7 pounds lighter than I was on Monday. I have gone back to tracking calories. I now think if I really want to “eat that” or if I should only eat “one of that”. I am sure I will plateau soon but I am loving it right now.
