DB OHP 13,12,11,10,9

DL 13,12,11,10,9
DB curls 13,12,11,10,9
sit ups 13,12,11,10,9

PM:
25 min bike

I was feeling OK during my morning dumbbell routine except that I had gas and they were stinky. I stopped sooner than I would have but still got in 55 reps each. My back was a little sore today at work so depending on how I feel in the morning I might not do anything that might hurt it.
