Y5W25 Day 1

AM:
dumbbell routine with 35 LB dumbbells.
Pushups, overhead press, squats, dead lifts,curls and situps.
Reps per round 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

PM:
30 min bike in hot garage. I sweated like I have not for a very long time, this was good!
