Y5W26 Day 4

AM:
45 min elliptical machine

I took it easy all day. My back is still sore but I am feeling about 60% better. If I feel normal tomorrow I might do a light weight workout (50% of the weight and half the reps) just to get some lifting in, if not I will just do cardio.

Tomorrow night I am meeting with one of my Army buddies, with the rest coming in on Saturday morning. This should be a fun weekend!
