I did some lifting today and felt a little sore later in the day. I guess I am still not ready to get into it hard again. I will continue to ease in with different exercises and maybe I can find some that will be OK until I am 100%.

I had the please of finding some amazing movies on youtube using the search public domain movies. There appears to be 100’s of movies from the 1930’s through 50’s or 60’s. I really enjoyed two so far.

2. Nut House

I loved the acting and laughed my butt off with how the stories unfolded. Very magical to see and there are many more treasures waiting.
