Today I felt really sore again so I did not work out in the afternoon. I guess I will be off weight lifting for 3 to 4 weeks. This is beat since I was getting stronger and enjoying the effort I was putting in, but having this level of discomfort AND not being able to lift like I was is not working. Oh well. maybe next time.
