Drama Llama at work. Trouble shooting issues that were not issues. Folks you got to check the configurations.

I am feeling less sore in my back which is nice. I think I am having some mild success with feeling better. I have found 2 exercises that do not seem to bother me so I can atleast do some light lifting. I hope to be back in a couple weeks doing my normal routine.
