Y5W28 Day 5

AM:
46 min elliptical machine

SO I needed to go to the offsite today. I needed to get up earlier to make a stop at the office on the way there and still meet my coworker by 7am. My plan was to get up at 3am instead of 3:22 AM so I could still get 20 to 30 minutes of cardio in. I woke up at 2am to pee and could not fall back asleep. So I gave up and decided to start my day even earlier. On the plus side I was able to get a full workout in. I was in the office at 5:20 am and picked up my supplies and made it to site by 6:30. I had all the materials loaded into our 2nd floor area and was ready to go once my coworker got there.

It is now 7:48 PM and I am crashing. I am beat, this has been a long day.
