Y5W30 Day 1

AM:
30 min elliptical machine

Last night was a rough one. I woke up with the trots, the Hershey squirts, the plop plop wiz wiz, the runs, I got a touch of food poisoning. I pooped my brains out at 1am and went back to bed, only to have to get up 5 minutes later and do it all over again. I went to bed and was up again until I was empty, nothing but clear liquids! This was as bad as when I needed to get scoped and needed to do a 24 hour “cleanse”. After about 40 minutes I was able to lay back down but I never got completely comfortable, but I did doze off. When the alarm went off I had 2 thoughts, make that 3 thoughts, 1. go to the bathroom AGAIN! 2. skip the gym and sleep for another 1.5 hours, or 3. call in sick. I chose the bathroom again, then made it to the gym late and squeezed in a 30 min workout. I am still poop moose, but it is not as bad. I just have some runs.
