What a day today. I was busy at work all day. I needed to demo cabling after I finished a work request. I submitted my completion email and the engineer did not understand his machines were not sent with the connections he thought he would have. I suggested he go and see the equipment himself. He did not want to do that, instead he wanted me to call him and discuss it. That was not needed since he has a history of rambling on about connectivity concepts instead of supplying the required information. I again emailed him letting him know he needed to go and check his equipment. Again he wants me to call him. I instead go to his office and show him the picture of his equipment so he could understand. He aggressively took the phone from my hand and started looking at the picture and still did not understand. That is when I aggressively took it back and showed one of his coworkers the picture. his coworker told him he needed to go and see the equipment himself. Crazy day, I am still annoyed at the whole situation.
