39 min walking 2 miles on treadmill at incline
It finally got cold out! Tomorrow is going to be worse. I am grateful I have an indoor job, that is for sure. All the construction workers and security folks are dealing with the cold, and that is tough. Work was quiet today. I was expecting some sort of craziness but it never came. I am glad.
I also had a dental appointment today to have my teeth cleaned. All was good there too so it was a nice day, all day.
