Y2W10 Day 3

AM:
15 min jog
45 min elliptical machine

PM:
30 min walk with wife through the neighborhood

Bonus: 1 mile walk to and from my my truck and work

Today was a pretty good day. Work was OK, my workouts were OK and I felt pretty good. My wife was off today and made us an amazing dinner. She made a curry chicken with Bulgar wheat and artichokes. This is not something I would ever cook myself but boy was it good!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the salad also.  Can’t forget the salad!
