Y2W10 Day 2

AM:
3 mile jog with my wife through the neighborhood

PM:
30 min elliptical machine

Bonus- I rode to and from work today on my bike for another 30 minutes of cardio.

Today was a good day.  I felt active throughout the day.  I was lucky this morning and was able to get another 45 minutes of sleep after my jog and I think that helped.  I ate fairly well but my calorie intake was slightly high at 2,580 calories.  My goal is to be in bed soon so I can get more rest and feel good a
