smith machine presses starting from bench press and adding range up to shoulder press position.
8 sets of 15 reps @ 95lbs

Today was an easy but busy day at work. It was OK with me. Also today was filled with Boston updates. They are close to getting the second guy, he is in a boat in the back yard right now.
