Y3W17 Day 4

AM:
45 min walk on treadmill at incline

PM:
20 minute elliptical bike interval training:
12 min of 20 second sprints followed by 40 seconds normal pedaling
3 min of 20 seconds hand cranking with 40 seconds of normal pedaling
5 min of 20 second sprints then 40 seconds normal pedaling

Those 20 minutes were intense! I was panting hard and sweating good. I needed a shower after this workout. I will do it again!
