This workout was tough. My arms and chest were sore from the elliptical bike intervals yesterday. I also have not performed any leg presses in a while and my legs started really feeling it part way through the day. I was sore enough that I did not work out in the afternoon. Tomorrow will be a good hiking day so I needed to save a little of me for that.
