WHAT A DAY!
I woke up at 4am with a headache. I got up to pee and take some Excedrin. I went back to bed only to get up again after about 30 minutes. I putzed around for a bit then headed to the gym at 6am. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and then once I got home Miriam wanted to go for a run. I pedaled while she jogged.
After that we had some breakfast and went on a 1 hour and 30 minute hike in Rock Creek Park.
From here it was some Ravi Kabob for lunch, a nap, the a neighborhood bike ride for 45 minutes!
Today was insane!
We also saw flowers while out and a baby bunny! We also saw a rider and her horse, and Miriam had a butterfly land on her chest.
