Y3W19 Day 2

AM:
2 rounds or 5 reps
push-ups
dumbbell overhead presses
dead lifts
alternate arm curls
body weight squats
sit-ups

15 min walking at incline on treadmill
30 min elliptical machine

PM:
30 min bike

Today was an OK day, a little bit busy at times and relaxed at other times. I had a chance to catch up on some TV while pedaling the bike. I am looking forward to tomorrow as another great day in the making.
