Today I was solo at work with my buddy on vacation. I was working evenly paced but was busy all day. I somehow managed to hurt my ankle, it feels like I twisted it but I did not. Weird. On the plus side my wife has been cleared to exercise and not wear the sling so she was so excited she went for a 3 mile jog today! you go bunny!
