Today was the first workday diet/fasting day. I survived. I was hungry at my desk today but I thought ahead and had a bag of carrots with me. When I was busy I never thought of food or hunger. When I was sitting for a few hours I noticed I was ready for lunch but it was not even 10:00 AM yet. Dinner tonight was BBQ chicken breast over salad with balsamic vinegar. I did cut up 2 large strawberries for my salad. I ended the day at 1,656 calories for the day. I was 56 over my goal. Tomorrow is a regular day so I will not be counting or worrying. I am looking forward to seeing the results after 2 weeks.
