Y3W29 Day 2

AM:
1 round of dumbbell routine using 30 lb dumbbells
3 rounds of DB routine using 25lb db

15 min stair climber
25 min elliptical machine

PM:
I pedaled to and from work today. It was a great day and I enjoyed the ride.

Today was a desk day with some going into the data center. Activity was low and I was snaking which was OK since today is a regular eating day. Tomorrow is a low calorie day so I am hoping to be busier.
