Today was a great weight lifting workout. I was feeling fairly strong and close to a pre-vacation weight lifting routine. My afternoon workouts have increased in time as well and I am feeling good about that too. The warmer weather means the wife is getting ready to jog so I will be riding along with her. She signed up for a 5k race and needs to get her butt in gear to be ready.
