Today was a slow day at work. In fact it was slow since I woke in the morning. I was a little late to the gym and never felt energized all day. I made it through OK in the end. I cooked chicken stirfry for dinner and I cooked some steak for tomorrow. I also make some creamed/mashed cauliflower with a table spoon of light cream cheese and some fake butter. I seasoned it with salt and pepper and I ate it tonight since it was so good. I guess the steak tomorrow will be over salad.
