Y4W26 Day 3

AM:
43 min 5 rounds of 10 reps with 35 lb dumbbells

on my last 2 rounds of overhead presses I only did 5 reps each. At the end of the routine I did 2 sets of 5 reps to make up for missing the ten count during the routine. 35 lbs is tough!(right now)

10 min elliptical machine

PM:
48 min elliptical machine

today at work I was busy for half the day. I did the stairs a few times today and it is now my norm to go to a different floor to use the bathroom. I an interested to see how this goes.
