The gym was closed this morning because of more electrical work in the neighboring space!!!!!! So I worked out at home.
AM:
1 round of 10 reps with 35lb dumbbell routine
4 round of 10 reps with 25lb dumbbell routine
25 min bike
Bonus:
18 min bike ride into work
PM:
18 min biked home
25 min bike
Today was a good day, I was busy at work and felt energized even though my workout routine was interrupted. I over did it yesterday by doing 5 rounds of the routine with the 35lb dumbbells. I would have just done the 30lb ones today but the gym was closed. I only have 25 and 35lb ones at the house so I needed to go lighter than planned. The extra weight makes a difference. I finished the routine in 36 minutes compared to 43 minutes yesterday. less breaks between exercises when I am going light.
