So today the Pope was in town. The roads were empty but the hype was through the roof! All Pope coverage all day. I did not watch any of it.
I hope the Pope can find time in his busy schedule to address the world and ask for assistance to end all the beheadings, torture and raping of Christians that live in hostile Muslim ISIS controlled countries. I bet he only has time to talk climate change though. From what I remember in 3rd grade science, our world was covered in ice–the Ice Age. Over millions of years the ice melted and receded. We may be contributing to “Global warming” but the reality is our sun could be expanding (suns have their own life cycles and expanding is part of that) that could be causing us to warm up as well. So again I hope the Pope addresses the atrocities of ISIS which can be addressed, here and now, and in a very measurable way.
