Y3W9 Day 3

AM:
13:20 slow 1 mile jog
13:00 walk at incline

Today was a quick one in the gym, I needed to work offsite and needed to be ready and out of the house 30 minutes early, so the workout was cut short. I did a bunch of standing, reaching, bending, and twisting at work. Enough that I was sore by the time I got home. The jogging was OK but my back was a bit sore and I did not want to push it knowing my work day was going to be fun. I wanted to jog outside this AM but the temps were in the 30’s and I was just not willing to do that after having some daytime temps in the 50’s and 60’s. Pretty soon I will be getting back out there, but the scary thing is my wife is ready for the 10 mile distances and I will be struggling with the 3 mile distances.
