Y2W13 Day 3

What a day!  We started with a 3 mile jog and I felt great afterwards.  So good I went to the gym and did another 30 minutes on the elliptical machine!

Work went well and I tried something different,  I packed some tuna pasta salad to eat at my snack times. I have been eating some special K snack bars which are low in calories, but are low in protein.  I am going to try feeding my muscles more protein throughout the day and see if that will have me feeling better.  Nothing else going on or worth reporting,  so see you tomorrow!
