Woohoo, Day 2! of the week that is.

30 min stair climbing machine
25 min elliptical machine
PM:
5 sets Over head press
7 sets leg press
6 sets ez-bar curls
The stair climbing machine is intense! I really sweat on that one. I think I sweat as much on that as I do jogging. I have not been getting enough sleep lately so today’s journal entry will be a short one.
