Y2W16 Day 3

Another quick one today!

AM:
20 min stair machine
10 min walking at incline
20 min elliptical machine
10 min bike

I worked well today and at times I was really tired and drained. So much so I skipped my PM workout. It did not help that the rain was pouring down with thunder. I will be in bed soon and will be getting more sleep so all is good for tomorrow.

Dinner was great tonight, Filet mignon, broccoli, mushrooms, pepper and onions, YUM!
