Y2W16 Day 1

Something new!

Today I decided to try something new in the gym.  I tried the real Stair step machine.  The one with the actual moving steps.  That one sure is tough!  I broke a great sweat on that for 20 minutes and also did 40 minutes on the elliptical machine.  Wow was I worked.

I made it through the day and and did another 45 minutes on the elliptical machine once I returned to the gym.  I did the time but did not eat well today.  I was way over on calories.  I really need to tighten up or I will not even be maintaining my current weight!  That’s it, time to get in the groove again.
