Y2W34 Day 6

Reset day.  I was so tired when I got up this AM.  I got up a bit before 7am and had some breakfast and watched some TV.  I was not feeling ready for the gym so I took a nap and woke up at 10:30am!  I can’t remember the last time something like that happened.  I skipped the AM workout since I was still feeling sore from over doing in with the dumbbells yesterday.  For my PM workout I pedaled my exercise bike while watching TV.   Tomorrow I should be feeling normal and hope to get out there and get some good exercise in.
