Today was another busy day. Work, work, work! That is a good thing though. On the down side we are almost caught up which means days of documenting what we have done. I am looking at ways of getting to bed earlier to help me feel better during the day. I am averaging 6 to 6.5 hours of sleep a night during the week and that is not enough for me. A few years back I was getting to bed much earlier and having between 7 to 8 hours of sleep and feeling better in general. My wife is also looking to get more sleep. Rest is a good thing and an import part of exercising.
