Today was a very busy day at work. I worked through my morning and afternoon breaks and was running around like a crazy person. I got done what I set out to do so it all worked out. We refinanced our house today and cut our monthly outlay by $470! We will still pay what we used to but feel good knowing if I lose my job in the future our monthly bills will be less than they were last time. Now if we only would switch over to GEICO…

Today was good day, I was busy all day. After work was a different story. My coworker had car troubles so I stayed to help him out. What I lack in car knowledge I make up with in having tools and flashlights!

It was a rainy day and my wife was out to do some charity work today so I played some more video games. I don’t think I will ever out grow them!

Today was a rainy day. My wife and her Bro’s went to a museum in DC and I took it easy at the house. I got some Borderlands 2 time in as well as a nap and some TV. Today was the kind of day I needed. Tomorrow is going to be a rainy day too. My wife is doing a charity thing in the morning so I will have some more free time to enjoy video games again.

Today was ride your bike to work day! So I pedaled in. I an having knee problems since my 5 mile run and have not been strong with my biking either. I have not had proper power pushing down on the pedals with my left leg and today. I can compensate with my right leg except on hills where I really fade. Riding in I average my 18 minutes and riding home I was setting a record. I made it home in a little under 14:30. My previous best was 15 and change. The lights all were in my favor and that was the difference. I was not cranking the bike faster, in fact I was going slower than normal. I don’t care, a record is a record.

the jogging felt ok but not great. I probably could have done 2 to 3 miles total but I was worried about how I would feel later in the day. My knee did hurt throughout the day and I even put on the brace for a while at home. I don’t know what is up.
I almost forgot! We had two bunnies frolicking in the back yard!

It was a good workout this AM. I got home and I was so tired that I did not work. On the plus side I got to enjoy a scooter ride to and from work. This is the first one in over a year and I really missed it! It made me think of all the enjoyment time I had riding through rock creek park on my way to work at Walter reed army medical center.

The push-ups were rough on my back. It got really sore so I did not do many. I expected more out of me but was not able to perform. Bummer!

I was lazy today and only worked out once. I had high hopes to do another one but never made it.Work today was busy so that was good as I was on my feet and walking around for most of the day. I will be off site for at least on day this week and I am hoping I can get all my work done in one day so I will not need to return out there.
