Y2W13 Day 5

Today started great, I jogged 6 miles in 67 minutes.  I worked my day but when it was time to get off I was done.  I had no energy to go to the gym so I headed home and rested on the couch.  Tomorrow morning I am hitting the gym early for a personal trainer session that is free with my new gym membership.  I am sure it is a ploy for them to try to sell me personal training sessions but I need to do it if I want to be able to cancel my membership at any time during the time I prepaid for and get money back.  I hope I can get something out of it.
