My afternoon workout was off today. We had a fire drill at work today so I was not able to change into my gym clothing before leaving working. I went home and changed and I took a while to get going to the gym. I eventually made it and got 30 minutes in on the elliptical machine. My poor wife is feeling really sick. She only ate saltines and some ginger ale for dinner. Tomorrow is a run day and she will be skipping it. I hope my knees are up for it tomorrow.
