This was not a big afternoon workout. I did go grocery shopping after work so it was not unexpected. I cooked a Mexican lasagna. What is that? It is when you make something similar to a nacho platter, but in a lasagna pan and you have it wetter than normal. you bake it and serve like lasagna. The chips get soft and are like lasagna noodles. It is pretty good.
