Y2W46 Day 2

AM:

2 mile jog with my wife!  Her leg feels normal and come Thursday  we will do a 3 mile jog.

PM:
6 sets Hack squats
4 sets bench press
4 sets EZ-Bar curls

Today was a good day. I got my 2 workouts in and I feel good!
