Y2W46 Day 3

AM:
50 min elliptical machine

I pushed it and did the machine at level 15. It was tough. I have been averaging between 6 and 6.5 hours of sleep a night and have been feeling really tired. I need to break the cycle and get back to going to bed at 8pm.
