4 sets of bench press
Dumbbell dead lifts with 45lb,60lb and 75lb

PM:

We had a great hike. My wife spotted a bald eagle! We also saw a woodpecker and some seagulls. The birds were out today.

For dinner tonight we baked some lamb with carrots,garlic and onions and served it with lentils. Tonight is going to be a gassy one!
