Y3W8 Day 2

AM:
30 min on recumbent bike

Today I again felt slightly better. I am still not 100% but I am well above 90% back to my normal. I did not take any pain meds or muscle relaxers today, only 2 advil in the morning and 1 additional one after lunch. Tomorrow I plan on trying the lower body only elliptical machine for 30 minutes. If it does not feel good I will switch back to the bike. If I am feeling really good I might even up the time of my workout to 35 or 40 minutes. I had a pretty busy day at work and it was a physical one too. I made it through OK and will continue to ease back into things.
