I was working on ladders again today. It went smooth and no real pain. I did need one Excedrin at lunch but I did OK today. Tomorrow should be a regular day. Pretty soon it will be warm enough to jog outside! I can’t wait!

If things go well I will be looking at a White Suburban this Sunday. Keep your fingers crossed.

Today was a lazy day. We went out and walked in a nearby neighborhood: DelRay.

We walked around, had lunch, then walked around some more. It was good!

Nothing too exciting today except we finally got to go out into nature again after weeks of not being able to. Here is what the ice flow looked like on the Potomac river at Chain Bridge.

I worked hard all day! It was crazy! Up and down on the ladders and my coworker was in a bad mood spazing and stuff. I got home and was too tired to work out. So I did the couch and tv aerobics.

Y5W5 Day 4

Snow day! and I did not do a dam thing with it except take 2 naps, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. There is a chance I will be off tomorrow also because of icy roads. 4 day weekend! Maybe.

My mom received sad news today. The people that took in the peacock called to let her know an animal got into its pen and did him in. I feel pretty said for my folks and the Pretty Boy. He did get to have an amazing life. He was lucky to find my folks when he was young. They took amazing care of him and let him run wild in the warm weather and kept him indoors in the cold winters. Once complaints came in from the police and animal control he was captured and sent to a local farm. He continued to receive good care up until the end. He may not have liked me, but he was part of the family and will be missed.

More up and down on ladders! and more cable pulling! At least I was physically able to go to the gym again. I was sore in my ankles but I was ok to work out. Tomorrow is going to be interesting. There is snow on the way and dire predictions of how bad it is going to be. We will see. I might be playing video games tomorrow!

I was sweating again today at work. I was up and down on the ladder, carrying stuff around and feeling like I had a workout. So after work I went and got my haircut. My barber commented how I look much younger with the military cut. I told him I know, it is because he is cutting off all my gray hair off! Lol.
