Y4W29 Day 7

AM:
New workout, I am calling this the “A” 300 workout.

10 rounds of 10 repetitions each of Sit-ups, push-ups and squats.

It took 32.5 minutes to do. This will be a timed workout with the goal of getting faster as I progress.

Well the unthinkable happened. I was challenged again for the ALS ice bucket challenge. So I did it again (last time!) and guess who I called out????

2 hour hike!

And we had a good time. We even saw a snake!

Y4W29 Day 6

AM:

The Hike was fun! We even went through some neighborhood and was done in under 1 hour and 20 minutes. Tomorrow is going to be the most amazing day! I have no school work to do! A completely free day! WOO HOO! Oh and I was nominated for the ice bucket challenge for a second time, by someone that did it for a second time. Being the good sport I am I will do it again, but this will be the last time.

So today at work I walked from the lobby up to the 5th floor again when I made it in to work. I think this will become a regular thing to do. I was down another pound today. I am still SLOWLY working my way down. I am working on my last project for class and have one more quiz! WOOHOO!

I worked my day, and then I paid a debt. I was challenged to do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge yesterday by a friend from my high school wrestling team. The Challenge is to raise awareness of Lu Gerigs disease. A friend from high school has a younger brother suffering with it now. The challenge it to dump an ice/water bucket over your head and pay 10 dollars in a donation or if you don’t you pay 100.00. This has been a wildly successful campaign for ALS with them raising way more money than they ever thought they would.

Today was a day filled with school work. Last night I had 3 beers with dinner and TV and I was hung over this AM. I guess I can’t enjoy the occasional beer anymore. I did not get out of the house outside of my 2 trips to the gym. It is shame since it was such a nice day. Fortunately my better half is visiting family in NY and is getting hiking and biking in.

So my workout was shorted today because I needed to buy a heart rate monitor for a class project. I did not need to buy one but this was the better solution for me. I am beat and am heading to bed.
