I was sore! Too sore to do the dumbbell routine

3 sets of lats–I really stretched out my back and it is hours later and I feel better.

Today was an interesting day. I learned (again) eating a really big bowl of fresh cherries is not ideal for my digestive system. People pay good money for a “cleanse” system. I got news for you, eat a big bag of cherries. you will be cleansed.

Y4W28 day 3

AM:
today I did a strength check. I have not been lifting the weights like I have in the past and have only been doing dumbbells and body weight exercises. I was pleasantly surprised, I was able to bench press 225 for 3 repetitions. I also did hack squats up to 270lbs. I had more in me but decided to leave it there.

Today I was feeling pretty tired as the day went on. I was looking forward to finally getting home and resting. That plan almost worked.

Today flew by. Work was annoying we had to re do some work because the engineers did not request the right connections. Yeah more work for us. School work is still going well. I am grateful this class was my first one so I can get into the groove of things.

Today was a good day at work, The day went by and I got things done. There were laughs, there were tears, it was the best of times, it was the worst of times… Yeah right, it was work. It is hard to believe but I am in my final 2 weeks for this class. Sweet! Time is flying by.

Today has been school work all day. I needed to finish writing then typing my school paper. This one was 11 pages long. I am now finally done and I can go pedal those 20 minutes.

Today was a good day of work. I was busy for a bit but slow for a time also. I had enjoyed a big bowl of cherries early and some chicken over salad for lunch. I don’t know if the chicken was funky, if the cherries did me in, or if it was the split peas I ate, but about 30 minutes after lunch I was in the bathroom. Then again before I left work, then again once I got home then again later. I did not throw up so that was good.I have a busy day ahead of me tomorrow with school work. I need to finish writing my paper then type it and submit it. My wife has plans with her coworkers so that is cool, I will not be holding her back.

Today was a good day but a crazy one. My coworker went home early and I was called at 3:16 pm about a work order he did. I stayed late to check it out and all looked good. I traced the problem back to the engineers. Tomorrow will tell for sure.

I was a bit busy today and that was good. Things are picking up. I was down another pound today. It is nice seeing the scale slowing moving in the right direction.

Today was a good day. We were busy and hustled to get the work done. It went well. The bike ride was very pleasant as well. I pedaled over the pedestrian bridge rather than waiting for the light and I was fine doing it both ways.
