30 min elliptical machine
30 min bike
So today I have been feeling a bit under the weather. I did not sleep well due to nasal congestion and some coughing. I feel like a zombie! I was able to exercise this AM without too much trouble, though I did keep the machine on a lower level. My afternoon workout was more pathetic. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine at mid level effort then 30 min on the bike for a lower middle effort. I did not have a great sweat but feeling like I did I was OK with it.
When my wife was sick it hit her for days. I hope to bounce back quicker. I plan to still get my full workout time in even if I have to reduce my effort down to 25% of what I do.I took some night time medicine and hope to sleep better tonight. I think rest will be my friend.
